South Torrance., known as Seaside Ranchos in South Torrance the rest of the year, is fantastic for kids and grown ups alike. This time of year the neighborhood really shines (quite literally) during the holidays. Cars line up and pedestrians take to the streets to enjoy this incredible display of holiday lights and Christmas decorations. It really is something to behold and it’s worth waiting in the line of cars. Even better is doing it by foot but obviously that’s weather dependent. If you’re on foot bring some money to buy hot cocoa and other treats.
