Torrance Real Estate Report for April 2025
We saw a bit of a slow down last month which was a surprise as it appeared the number of homes that closed escrow would go up from a busy March. There were 68 homes that sold in Torrance in April compared with 73 in March. Of the homes that sold 6 were located in the Old Torrance area.

The average “list” price of the homes that sold was $1,161,585 with the average sold price at $1,172,547 which was a nice increase from $1,116,670 in March and $1,150,939 in February.
The average dollar per square foot for the homes that sold was $776 which was similar to $764 March. Days on market, or DOM, was a brief 32 before selling and median days on market was only 10.

The average “asking” price of the homes that sold was $1,109,000 with the average sold price at $1,116,000 which was down just a bit from the average price of $1,151,000 a month earlier.
Homes that sold averaged $764 per square foot which was very similar to the $766 in February. Days on market, or DOM, was only 28 before going into escrow..
Of the 76 homes that sold only 4 of them were in the Old Torrance area.
