Keith was an absolute pleasure to work with! I honestly couldn’t imagine selling or buying any property without him. This was my first time selling a home and just the thought of it stressed me out, but Keith made time to meet me in person and immediately put my mind at ease! He is extremely knowledgeable and as professional as they come. There wasn’t a day that went by that he didn’t keep me posted on everything that was going on. He staged the home beautifully and the photographer he works with took incredible photos. I was very impressed! The home had several offers after the first showing and that’s all it took! Less than a month later my wife and I are working with Keith again, and he’s doing just as great a job as our buying agent, helping us close on our dream home in just a couple weeks! Keith went above & beyond to help us find our dream condo in Redondo Beach The Villages. We lived in NY and started our search in September 2019 and then the pandemic derailed things, as well as the crazy Ca market. Keith was constantly on the lookout for a condo that would be the right fit for us. Once we found the home we loved, he worked diligently to secure it for us. Keith never pushed us to do anything outside of our comfort zone and he was our advocate during the negotiation process of buying a home. He responded to our calls, texts & emails promptly and was very accommodating of our tight schedule when we would travel out to the South Bay to look at properties. After closing, he helped us to find a NY based broker to sell our 35+ year home and also continued to help us by checking on the condo during a building construction, and helping us to find reasonable trade people for repairs and upgrades and also checking on the work being done there for us. Keith is hands down one of the most honest, reliable, trustworthy and empathetic people I have ever met, unlike some other brokers we ran across during our search.

There is not enough words to explain the outstanding experience I have had with “Super Agent” Keith Kyle. I have purchased two homes with Keith and one as the seller. Each time Keith went above and beyond my expectations as an agent. First house I felt was out of my budget in a hot market and somehow he was able to negotiate a price that put me in the house. 5 years later he sold that house for WAY over asking price in a very quick and easy escrow. Most recently he was able to secure me the home I was renting after I sold the last house for a price we felt was way below market without the house going out on the MLS!! I know whenever I am in the market again or ready to sell this home there is no one I would want by my side.
