It was another impressive month for both the number of homes that sold and the prices that they sold for. There were 80 homes. townhomes and condos that sold compared with 74 in September.
Search the current homes for sale in Torrance
The average asking price of the homes that sold was $1,084,368 with the average close price at $1,094,105 meaning that homes are still closing slightly higher than the list price continuing the “seller’s” market.
Homes averaged $738 per square foot and a brief 32 days on market before going into escrow.
