June Home Sales in Torrance CA

It was a great month for both the number of homes that sold and the prices that they sold for in Torrance last month. There were 84 closed home sales in June compared to 80 in May.

The average “list” price of the homes that sold was a VERY impressive $1,233,058 with the average sale price at $1,242,082 compared with $1,118,059 in May.

Homes averaged only 28 before going into escrow.

Anything would be a good month compared with May which only had one home close escrow the entire month. The one home sale was a single family home on Del Amo Blvd that was listed and sold for $775,000.
