Overall it was a great month for the real estate market in Torrance California with 78 homes that sold.  It was certainly slower than the prior months but was certainly busier than the previous January with only 60 closed sales.    View addresses, prices and details of the homes that sold in Torrance during January.  6 of the sold properties in January were in Old Torrance.

Torrance Real Estate – See the Homes the Sold in January

Take a look at the homes that sold in Torrance during the first month of the year along with details, descriptions and home prices.  In January there were 78 home, townhome and condo sales in Torrance  which was quite low compared with the previous months.  The median “listing” price   of the homes that sold  was $804,500 compared with the median “sold” price at $817,500 indicating a very solid  market favoring Torrance home sellers and meaning that most homes sold well over the asking price. The median price per foot of the homes that sold was $567. Only 6 of the months closed home sales were in the neighborhood of Old Torrance.
