Welcome to the Torrance real estate market recap for March 2025.
Search the current homes for sale in Torrance
The average “asking” price of the homes that sold was $1,109,000 with the average sold price at $1,116,000 which was down just a bit from the average price of $1,151,000 a month earlier.
Homes that sold averaged $764 per square foot which was very similar to the $766 in February. Days on market, or DOM, was only 28 before going into escrow..
Of the 76 homes that sold only 4 of them were in the Old Torrance area.
