June was back to being a busy month for real estate in Old Torrance and the Plaza Del Amo areas. April and May were very slow due to the concerns and uncertainty of the corona virus situation, but June was back to full swing.

In general the Torrance real estate market has been very solid thus far for 2020 and doesn’t seem to show any signs of slowing down.
