One of the greatest aspects to Old Torrance is the historic feel and the historic homes. Classic craftsman homes, 1920’s beach bungalows and more are what makes this a unique part of the South Bay.
While not in Old Torrance, the home at 156 Camino De Las Colinas in the Hollywood Riviera deserves our attention just the same. This is a beautifully renovated 1926 historic home.
The home harkens back to the days when the “Hollywood Riviera” got it’s name. This ocean view home with Spanish inspired architecture features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and intricate detailing throughout.
