Take a look at the 61 homes that sold in the neighborhood of Old Torrance last year. Prices were impressive with an average sold price of $848,707. Homes averaged a very brief 36 days on market before going into escrow. The average price per foot for the Old Torrance homes that sold was $653.
The lowest priced sale of the year was, not surprisingly, in a 55+ building. The one bedroom condo in the senior condo complex of the Meridian at 2742 Cabrillo Avenue Unit#205 closed at $395,000.
