The average “list” price of the homes that sold was $1,364,666 with the average sold price at $1,291,817. The sale price being well below list price doesn’t necessarily indicate much with only 3 sales, but the market does seem to be cooling.
The average dollar per square foot for the homes that sold was $643. Days on market, or DOM, was a fairly brief 30 before selling and median days on market was only 18 days on market

Torrance’s great streets.  This one was a testament to a hot market as they were originally priced on the lower end but still appropriate…..despite that the home sold for $305,000 over list price.   The home was very well maintained and upgraded but it was by no means newer construction and this is a huge price for Old Torrance.  Congrats to the sellers and good job by the listing agents!
