One of Torrance’s great neighborhoods is the Hollywood Riviera along the coast as you head up onto the Palos Verdes Peninsula. There are countless reasones this is such a spectacular place to call home but here are just a few: proximity to the beach, hilly topography meaning many of the homes have incredible views, hillside overlay restrictions limiting construction which preserves views, breezes and light, reasonable sized houses keeping the area from getting overbuilt, and a great community feel centered arount the Riviera Village shopping area.
